Those of you who are entertaining thoughts of becoming a student of Michael Guen’s should know that he purposefully moved to Northern California in the early 90′s so he could prey on the wealthy individuals in the Marin county area. He frequently talked about his desire for money and his desire to be rich. In fact, the man indicated below,
was encouraged to join the class not because he was truly interested in Kung Fu, but because he was a millionaire, and Michael Guen wanted to be close to millionaires.
Some people may not care about a person’s desire for money, even if it is crass. But how would those individual’s react if they knew that the person was preying on people he considered psychologically weak to obtain that money?

Michael Guen’s sentiments are very clear. He feels many of his early students had emotional or mental problems. Here is the picture of Michael Guen’s early students.
Michael Guen told all of those trusting people his Kung Fu System was about loyalty and integrity. But years after he finished accepting large amounts of money from them, he describes many of them as “suffering from histories of family dysfunction, addiction, and abuse.”
And you know what is really sickening? Many of the people in that picture are gay. So Michael Guen is really saying “Gay people suffer from histories of family dysfunction, addiction, and abuse”.
Those gay people and the other students trusted Michael Guen when he told them he was about loyalty and integrity, when he smiled at them and told them he understood homosexuality and supported them. But really all that time Michael Guen was thinking to himself “these students are psychologically weak and easy to make money from, because they are homosexuals, addicts, and victims of abuse.”
Can you imagine what this man for instance,
must feel like now that he knows what Michael Guen really thinks about him? That man truly did have a substance abuse problem he freely and publicly discussed. And now he knows that all of the times Michael Guen was smiling at him and talking to him, Michael Guen was thinking “You are a psychologically weak addict”.
Or how about the previously mentioned millionare,
must feel finding out Michael Guen thinks his early students “suffered from histories of family dysfunction, addiction, and abuse.”, in light of the fact the man is a homosexual?
How could that homosexual man not wonder if during all of the times Michael Guen was smiling and talking to him about how homosexuality was fine, Michael Guen was secretly thinking “you are a homosexual because your family was dysfunctional, you are addicted to homosexual sex, or you are a drug abuser”?
So if you are now a student of Michael Guen’s, or you are considering becoming a student of Michael Guen’s, you really ought to keep in mind that at some point in the future, when he thinks you won’t find out, he will tell other people he was making money off of you because you “”suffered from histories of family dysfunction, addiction, and abuse.”, which means you were easy to take advantage of.
