The human body has what is commonly referred to as energy associated with it. It is useful to visualize that energy as behaving in different ways in order to explain the different phenomenon associated with it. This blog entry describes three ways of visualizing the energy of the human body that collectively or individually can provide the answer to just about every question about the energy of the human body imaginable.
Those three methods of visualization are treating the energy of the human body as a sphere within which the physical body is centered, treating the energy of the human body as an a shapeless cloud hovering about the physical body, and treating the energy of the human body as an exact duplicate of the physical body.
(1) – Treating the energy of the human body as a sphere or ellipse within which the physical body is centered.
Visualizing the energy of the human body as a sphere or ellipse within which the physical body is useful in the areas of health care and understanding the interactions between members of a group of any size.
Health Diagnosis – A healthy human body would be one which had a complete unblemished sphere or ellipse surrounding it. An unhealthy human body would be one which had a shape distorted in any way from completely spherical or elliptical.

Human Group Interactions – Human beings will behave as if the size and shape of the sphere of energy surrounding their physical body is real. When they interact with each other the exact distance they stand apart from each other usually corresponds to the boundary of their energy sphere.
By watching how close the people in a group get to each other and in what direction they orient themselves to each other, the size and shape of the energy field around each person can be deduced.

(2) – Treating the energy of the human body as an amorphous, shapeless, ever-changing cloud that is centered on and hovers about the physical body.
Visualizing the energy of the human body as an amorphous shapeless cloud that hovers around the body is useful for very generalized health diagnosis. It is also the most realistic and natural way of visualizing the energy of the human body.

Health Diagnosis – Any break in the coverage of the amorphous cloud of energy enclosing the body would be indicative of a health problem in that area or associated with that area. Those observations can only provide generalized health diagnosis because all that can be ascertained is whether or not there is or is not energy in some area of the body.
(3) – an exact duplicate of the physical body that is centered and aligned on the physical body.
The red body in the picture is the energy body duplicate of the physical body. It is supposed to be centered on the physical body as shown in the next picture.
( Because the physical and energy bodies occupy the exact same space when the energy body is centered on the physical body, a checkerboard pattern of the flesh colored physical body and the red colored energy body is seen in the next picture. )
Treating the energy of the human body as an exact duplicate of the physical body is useful in diagnosing health problems and explaining the short and long term effects of repetitive physical actions on the energy body.
Explaining the effects of repetitive physical actions – Repetitive physical actions change the shape, location, and orientation of the energy body which leads to health problems via the mechanism described in the following health diagnosis section.
Health Diagnosis – Any movement of the energy body away from it’s proper location centered on the physical body will cause a health problem. These health problems can be visualized as the result of the affected body area being twisted and wrung out like wringing out a wet towel.
When the energy body moves it acts like one end of a towel being twisted,
while the physical body acts like the other end of the towel being twisted.
Whatever part of the body is at the center or focus of the two opposing forces would twist up like the center of the towel.
It is common sense that any part of the body that was twisted up tight like the center of that towel would develop some kind of health problem.
