This picture is an example of a tilted or distorted Pyramid within a person.

It is informative to examine the man first. The man's eye's are wide open. His shoulders are tilted from high on the left to low on the right. His mouth is wide open. He appears to be yelling at someone or intimidating someone. The body is tense becuase of this aggressive attitude.
This man is an ex professional boxer. Because of this, his body has become distorted in a particular way. The shoulders tilting from high on the left to low on the right is the most obvious sign.
The Pyramid within a person should be straight. The base of the Pyramid should be level on the ground and the peak of the Pyramid should be at the top of the person's head. Like this picture.

The picture of the man was rotated so his head was straight up and down. Then the Pyramid was drawn in the proper location on his head.
I have said that this man's Pyramid is distorted though. We know his Pyramid does not really look straight up and down. It is very easy to figure out where the man's Pyramid is now. We just leave the straight up and down Pyramid where it is, and rotate the man's picture back to it's original position.

It really is spooky how this works. The Pyramid is now almost exactly superimposed over the postion where this man's Pyramid has moved inside of his body in real life.
As a curious person, you want to notice that the big round eye is inside of the Pyramid, while the normal looking elliptical eye is outside of the Pyramid. Why do you think that is?
You should also note how only a narrow side of the face shows on the left side. The right side of the picture. That is a clue to one of the changes occuring to this man's head as a result of the Pyramid inside of him moving.
