Kites

Kites are an interesting application of the human body. I am talking about a regular childs kite like this one.

The kite consists of two pieces of wood formed into a cross shape. There is a tail hanging down from the vertical piece of wood. If the human body is examined, it is quite simple to find the inspiration for a kite. Here is an photo of a cutaway view of the human body.

The part of the body corresponding to the vertical part of the kit would be the spine. The shoulder blades form the horizontal crosspiece.

(NOTE: I really hate to give away future ideas. This one is so obvious I am compelled to comment on it. What do the green lines on the human body remind you of? A cross perhaps? And crosses are related to religion?)
The tail of a kite is called a, well, a tail. Like the tail of an animal. The tail of an animal is always attached to the end of the spine. The tail of the vertical crosspiece of the kite extends all the way to the end of the spine.
A person might stop here and think, "The comparison breaks down here. Human beings do not have tails". That is true. But it is also false.
Human beings do not have physical tails like a monkey or a dog. That does not matter. What matters is if the human body can behave as if it has a tail. This is true. The human body can behave like it has a tail. What this means is that when a person walks or does any other physical action, their body would behave as if it had a tail.
The person's center of gravity might move as a result of acting like they had a tail. Their body might shift one way or the other to counteract the imaginary physical tail.
The impetus to take these items, the horizontal and vertical crosspiece, and the tail, and turn it into a kite would require a philosophical point of view and a knowledge of how the human body behaves.
A person who is very healthy would be straight and strong. Their spine would be straight and the clavicles would be level. This implies that the rest of the body is in very good shape also. A person cannot act like they have a tail unless their body is in good shape. Having a straight and strong spine and level clavicles would usually mean the person's body was healthy enough to behave as if it had a tail.
A person who was healthy enough to have a tail, would also be healthy enough that their brains would change so that they developed what might be described as mystical powers. Philosophically or in a religious way, the mind of the person who has a tail could be described as being able to fly to new heights of enlightenment. A person who is unhealthy cannot do this.
A straight spine and level clavicles imply the existence of a tail. The existence of an tail implies that the brain is changed so that it is capable of elevated or enlightened thought. Elevated or enlightened thought could be described as the spirit flying to the heavens.
Like a kite flys to the heavens.
