This post shows how fascinating the world around us is. It shows how, if all we do is look around, we can understand everything in the world very easily.

A previous post discussed the Roman Toga.

The Toga was a piece of cloth wrapped around the body to reveal the right shoulder and upper chest. Both men and women wore the same right shoulder revealing toga.

Buddhist monks from various Asian countries wear a robe like garment. I do not know if they have a specific name. They are wrapped around the body like this.

The Buddhist robes are also wrapped around the body so that the right shoulder is exposed. This demonstrates that human beings are the same the world over. A developing human being will develop sensations inside of their body as described in the Roman Toga post, whereever in the world they are located.

It was mentioned in the Roman Toga post that people who wore a toga that revealed the right shoulder and upper chest would think and behave in a particular way. Keeping that in mind, here is another picture.

In this picture, the man’s left shoulder is exposed. I think it is obvious that this man is from a martial arts or military way of life.

I wonder if the left shoulder of the martial artist being exposed,

instead of the right shoulder like with the toga

or the other monk’s robes,

has anything to do with martial arts?
